"We accept most insurance plans that offer out-of-network benefits, including PPO and POS plans. Our admin team will verify your benefits before you start, provide you with a custom quote, and even file claims on your behalf. Our rates vary based on the therapist’s experience level, typically between $75–$250 per session, 35% below industry standards. We’re happy to help you understand what your out-of-pocket cost will be, so there are no surprises."
