My Approach
My theoretical orientation is integrative, drawing on cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and client-centered theories. I tailor my approach to the unique needs and goals of each client. For instance, I integrate cognitive-behavioral strategies to address specific challenges, foster humanistic principles to promote self-discovery, and employ client-centered techniques to enhance the therapeutic alliance.
I believe in the inherent wisdom of the body and incorporate emotional and somatic awareness into my holistic practice. By listening to the body, we can navigate past traumas and painful experiences together. Additionally, I explore issues within the broader context of an individual's life, showing curiosity about diversity factors such as gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, class, ability, religion, spirituality, and community.

What To Expect
Expect me to be warm, genuine, curious, and compassionate. I aim to offer an inclusive, affirming, and empowering space and therapy sessions that are inviting, relational, and collaborative. I work from an empathic and curious stance, believing in your resilience and recognizing your unique story.
I consider it a privilege to be invited into your life to bear witness to all of the parts of yourself that have stories to tell and wounds to heal. I am honored to collaborate in your healing and join you on your journey of self-discovery and change.
More About Me
I have a deep passion for the outdoors and a love for artistic expression, both of which captivate me due to their profound impact on our overall well-being. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Masters Arts in Counseling Psychology and consider myself a forever learner. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, navigating and investigating the realms of gender non-conformity and queerness on the daily.
My clinical areas of expertise include the LGBTQ+, trans, and gender-diverse communities; artists, creatives, and the neurodiverse communities; those who have or are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, or depression; individuals facing major life transitions; and those who gravitate towards themes of meaning, purpose, and identity.
