My Approach
My practice is dedicated to uplifting the lives and experiences of Black and Indigenous People of Color, the LGBTQ+ community, and neurodivergent folks. I am passionate about inviting clients to hold compassion for all parts of themselves, even the more "prickly" parts that are difficult to be present with. My work draws from an integrative, client-centered framework with the goal of co-creating a supportive container for healing and self-discovery.

What To Expect
A nonjudgemental, collaborative space for you to land each week. I create space for clients to identify what their mind/body/soul may need each week and I guide each session with this in mind. I'll ask exploratory questions to help you better understand yourself and the world around you. I'll share contemplative, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support your therapeutic goals.
More About Me
I'm Black and queer. I'm a naturally curious person at heart and am always trying out new hobbies, my most recent is the bass guitar and knitting. For some details about my training, I completed my Master of Social Work degree at University of Southern California, and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Women’s and Gender Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
