My Approach

Through attentive sessions, I assist my clients in making sense of their life experiences, identifying their strengths and overcoming limiting beliefs they may hold about themselves. I utilize integrative therapy, which includes incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness into therapy sessions. I also have significant experience working with individuals impacted by trauma and substance abuse. I am passionate about my profession and helping individuals and couples find peace and enhance their overall well-being.
