My Approach

My approach is integrative, relational, and humanistic, with collaboration at its core. I am intentional in aligning with the unique needs, goals, and interests of each client. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and work to cultivate trust and safety so that healing can unfold.

What To Expect

In our sessions, clients can expect a compassionate and open space where we will work collaboratively to address what’s important to them. Supporting clients in feeling safe, heard, and validated as they express different parts of themselves is at the core of my practice. I find incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS) into sessions to be a client-centered approach to healing, offering a gentle way for clients to cultivate self-compassion and internal balance.

More About Me

I earned my Master’s in Social Welfare from UCLA and have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, physical and emotional abuse, sexual trauma, sexuality and gender identity, life transitions, and grief and loss. I am passionate about supporting clients through a feminist, multicultural, and ecological lens. Working from a non-pathologizing perspective, I continually examine the systemic structures that shape and contextualize mental health.
