My Approach
As a counselor, I strive to help clients reconnect with their true selves, understand the roots of their emotional patterns, and embody radical self-acceptance. I believe that each person is the expert of their own experience, and I aim to create a supportive, casual, and nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to make choices that reflect who you are. My work is especially focused on supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients as they navigate identity, relationships, and life’s inevitable transitions.

What to Expect
Together, we’ll explore how your emotions act as a compass, pointing toward your unmet needs, desires, and boundaries. Through gentle curiosity and a trauma-informed lens, I help clients uncover recurring patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and foster new ways of relating to themselves and others.
More About Me
I’m currently completing my graduate studies at NYU in Mental Health Counseling, with dual certification in LGBTQ+ Affirmative Counseling. As a queer, neurodiverse person myself, I understand the complexities of moving through a world that doesn’t always accommodate every part of who we are — and I’m passionate about holding space for others to show up fully and authentically. Outside of the therapy room, you can find me practicing yoga, painting, getting lost in nature, curating playlists, and spending too much on oat milk lattes.
