My Approach
As a counselor, I aim to help clients understand themselves more deeply—why they feel the way they do and how their patterns formed over time. My work is client-centered and collaborative, meaning I view you as the expert on your own experience while I support and guide the process. I draw from relational and mindfulness-based approaches to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and reconnect with your inner resources.
I’m committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals. I strive to create a space where you feel seen and able to explore the full complexity of who you are!

What To Expect
You can expect me to be curious and nonjudgmental, while also offering gentle challenges when it feels helpful. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe enough to show up as your most authentic self. Over time, my goal is to help you build a stronger sense of self and clarity around what you need.
More About Me
I’m currently completing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at NYU, with dual certification in LGBTQ+ Affirmative Counseling. I’m also a certified yoga teacher (200-hour YTT), which shapes my belief that emotional experiences are deeply connected to the body and can be explored through awareness, breath, and presence. Being queer myself, I care deeply about creating spaces that feel genuinely affirming. Outside of therapy, I’m usually practicing yoga, spending time outside, or reading a good book.
