My Approach
In my practice, I like to create a safe and nurturing space where clients can openly share their stories and experiences. What to Expect
The therapeutic relationship is one of authenticity, trust, and mutual respect. I firmly believe that no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone, and I am honored to accompany clients on their journey toward growth and healing. Expect sessions to be a collaborative experience tailored to your unique goals and needs. I am committed to meeting clients where they are with empathy, unconditional acceptance, and empowerment.
More About Me
I have experience providing support in crisis intervention, as well as residential addiction and eating disorder treatment. I received a BFA in Theatre from New York University, where I am currently pursuing my master’s in Mental Health Counseling. My background in the arts instilled in me a creative approach to life that carries over into my approach to therapy. I am excited to work with clients from varied backgrounds and identities, drawing from my firsthand understanding as a member of the LGBTQ+ community to provide valuable support.
